When I first approached Excalibur Development, all I had was a vision of a company that I wanted to create for myself. I had a few plans, but I did not have the company structure. Excalibur helped me first get my business ideas on paper and then into reality. They helped me create a name, file for FBN, license, mail notification and everything necessary to start a business. I remember when I first starting talking to Pastor about wanting to start my business; I can’t say I was totally surprised that he was excited to helped me every step of the way. He told me about his company Excalibur Development & Consultant and what they do. The feeling was as if their whole approach to helping was hands on and personal, they made me feel like someone on their team. You probably don’t understand what I mean, but anyway they sent people to help me get equipment installed, furniture moved and just about everything but the decorating for my very fist salon. Here is another of the great things about the company, when I decided to change locations, they were there to help get the new location up and running. So, to me, they are more than just a company, they are friends when you need a friend, and advise when you need someone to consult.

I remember when I first met Mr. Green, I was making tee shirts for employees at a company we were both affiliated with. Mr. Green looked at my work and said you should be in business for yourself. It was not just the fact that he said it, it was the instructions that came after the statement that caught my attention. It was not long after that conversation that I was purchasing equipment and setting myself up as an official business in Southern CA. Everyone may not understand the impact of being able to say that about oneself, but I assure you, to me it is a great feeling to know that I started something, that I put my long hard hours into, that I pushed myself to keep going even when I thought about giving up. I had a true friend in Mr. Green who happens to own Excalibur Development, it was his push, his persistency, his motivation that consistently motivated me to believe in myself and my abilities, it was his help when ever I called on him. Excalibur Development is way more than just a company to me, they are friends to full definition of it.

We are a non-profit company (CBO). I was referred to Excalibur Development because I knew I needed to have a 501©3, but I did not know how to fill out or file all of the documents necessary to obtain or even put in an application to get the 501©3. Well fear not, they knew each and everything that needed to be, everything from the federal level to the state level. They assisted us getting all of our documents filed and approved. I am going to say, that they were and still are very helpful with our company. Just want to slide this in, because we are a non-profit, we do have fund raisers and donations drives from time to time. They are a company that gets in there and supports your drive for success. Their attitude is if you stay committed to the dream, then results are bound to happen.
